  “Installation staff are friendly, nice people, but really lousy at their job, particularly when it comes to task completion and follow through. It took a year to complete the whole house audio system at my Sea Colony home with dozens of unreturned telephone calls and broken promises. And the capper is that the audio system I paid for and so anticipated enjoying still does not work properly. This is definitely not the top notch, customer focused service Sound Waves promises and advertises.”
