“Took in my 05 audi most shops see me pull in and immediatley jump the price because I have this car, not randy his first question when I mentioned I wanted speakers and a stereo was what's your price range? then he custom built a stereo system to match my needs including one with iPod ability, then brought dave in and introduced me and explained what I want done, asked for my keys and I hung out in the waiting area and chatted with randy. These people definatley want to earn your buisness the right way with heart felt customer satisfaction. I read the review below this but after reading the dozens of reviews every where else I couldn't resist. And I am glad I did. These people act like every customer that comes in is a friend or family member. And I whole heartedly recommend you stop in to talk to them.”

“I am aware of the issue you speak of. I was in the shop next door when you came in the third time. I will attest that nothing Pro Audio did was a cause of your automobile failing to work. The wires were corroding away and the the entire van was on its last limb. I know that Pro Audio tried to help you but you kept blaming them for things that had nothing to do with them. They continued to try and help you and you continued to blame them for things that 1-they had not control over and 2-things that happened because of the age and condition of your vehicle. They wrote on the car because they had had enough of you trying to blame them for things that they did not do after they tried to help you out. I see these guys work and I know that customer service is their main focus. It seems you are someone that cannot be happy and will continually find fault to try to get something for nothing. I don't think Pro Audio wants you back as a customer and I certainly would run if you tried to come into my shop. I would and have sent people to this shop and I would encourage anyone who reads this post to go and see for yourself what kind of shop Pro Audio is.

    Thank you,
    Nick”

“Took my vehicle to Pro Audio to rmovr an alarm system from my vehicle. They said it would not be a problem. After two hours, I was advised the vehicle was ready. As my vehicle was temporarily in storage, the vehicle was taken back to the storage area.
When I went to use the vehicls a short time later, the horn dd not work, but had been working pror to going to Pro Audio.

Took the vehicle back advising Pro Audio of the problem and the indvidual that I was working with was Randy. Waited approx 1-1/2 hours and was advised the problem had been resolved.

The vehikcle was taken back to the storage area. When I went to drve the vehicle, it was in the evening and the dash was completely dark, as well all instruments on the dash were frozen and did not move.

The vehcle was taken back to Pro Audio advising them of the problem. Waited approx. 45 min and was advised that the problem was the fuel pump and as it was a van, they had taken out the console which was rather ridiculous as the dark dash had nothing to do with a fuel pump. It was obviously a problem when they initially removed the alarm system.

Pro had my vehicle in such a conditioon that it was not driveable, and to make matters worse, asked that I have the car towed for a problem they created.

Because Randy, part owner was completely out of control, the vehicle was taken to another facility, but prior to that, Randy wrote all over my windows. TOW AND THE DATE which was silly as the vehicle was in the process of being towed because of the mess they had created.

I have been advised it is a problem with the alarm system being taken out and because the employees at Pro Audio evidently were not knowledeable they blew the electrical system.

The car is being repaired and once i have the vehicle back and have more data, there is no option but to seek legal remedies for the mess, the expense and the trememdous stress that has occurred by Pro Audio. .”
