BEST CAR AUDIO SERVICE AND INSTALLATION IN SALT LAKE CITY
“I wanted to thank Lake Town Speed and Sound for the work they did on my 2006 Tiburon. I had electrical problems with the car. I took my car into the dealership for them to try and fix the issue. After a day of having my car, the dealership told me I needed a new battery. I replaced my battery as requested by the dealership only to run into the same issue I had before. I contacted the dealership and told them the problem was still there. They told me to bring it in but due to the Memorial day weekend, they won't be able to fix it till Tuesday. As well, the dealership told me it was going to cost up to $500 to trouble shoot the problems. Since I had a lot of aftermarket parts on my car, the dealership didn't know where to start. Seeing how I had a lot of aftermarket parts, I decided to take my car from the dealerhip and take it to Lake Town. The people at Lake Town fit me into their schedule on a Saturday and said they will work to fix the problem the same day. Lake Town closes at 6pm on Saturday. However, they worked until 7pm to make sure my car was fixed. They only charged me $90 to fix my car which was for both parts and labor!!! Instead of paying up to $500 at a dealership and not getting my car till Tuesday, Lake Town worked late on Saturday and were able to get my car fixed at a fraction of a price. I will be going to Lake Town for any of my aftermarket parts from now on. THEY ROCK!!!! Thanks Lake Town!!!” -

“So, I took my car to the guy at CSD because the system wasn't working. He looked at a couple things, fixed a loose connection and I had my music again! When I tried to pay him for his troubles he said 'Don't worry about it, it's no big deal' and refused to take my money. Nobody does that! I figured the least I could do was leave a positive review for his business. It's small and can be a little tricky to find, but with service like that, I'll always recommend CSD Audio to anyone I know. ” -

Excellent people all around
“Took in my 05 audi most shops see me pull in and immediatley jump the price because I have this car, not randy his first question when I mentioned I wanted speakers and a stereo was what's your price range? then he custom built a stereo system to match my needs including one with iPod ability, then brought dave in and introduced me and explained what I want done, asked for my keys and I hung out in the waiting area and chatted with randy. These people definatley want to earn your buisness the right way with heart felt customer satisfaction. I read the review below this but after reading the dozens of reviews every where else I couldn't resist. And I am glad I did. These people act like every customer that comes in is a friend or family member. And I whole heartedly recommend you stop in to talk to them. ” -

“I am aware of the issue you speak of. I was in the shop next door when you came in the third time. I will attest that nothing Pro Audio did was a cause of your automobile failing to work. The wires were corroding away and the the entire van was on its last limb. I know that Pro Audio tried to help you but you kept blaming them for things that had nothing to do with them. They continued to try and help you and you continued to blame them for things that 1-they had not control over and 2-things that happened because of the age and condition of your vehicle. They wrote on the car because they had had enough of you trying to blame them for things that they did not do after they tried to help you out. I see these guys work and I know that customer service is their main focus. It seems you are someone that cannot be happy and will continually find fault to try to get something for nothing. I don't think Pro Audio wants you back as a customer and I certainly would run if you tried to come into my shop. I would and have sent people to this shop and I would encourage anyone who reads this post to go and see for yourself what kind of shop Pro Audio is. \n\nThank you,\nNick”
