  “My husband and I drove 30 minutes to get to this store. They were helpful and friendly to my husband the first time so of course we went back. The second experience was the worst kind of customer service. The general manager was not interested in helping us with our receiver. Told us to go to Best Buy, and enjoy telling everyone about how rude he was to us. Quite shocking, I know. I got home and called back to get his name. He happened to answer the phone, he asked if I was the lady that was in the store earlier. He told me he WOULD NOT give me his name and told me SCREW OFF and hung up on me.
  
  It really bothered me. While we were in the store my huband and I were the only customers in the store. We basically felt like we were being chased out of their store. I will spread the word just like the general manager asked of us. He was the most unprofessional person I have EVER met.”
