  “I have occurred additional expenses to fix items on my Mercedes 500CLK attributed to improper and infearer installation techniques done by Rollin Audio. They gave me a LABOR estimate for $500 to install a new stereo, amps, and speakers ( I was supplying the components). I have paid a total cost of $1,300 and still the work was not complete. During the installation there was: improper installation, broken door clips, windows binding, cut wires, etc... that occurred. I no longer wanted to deal with this company and had these related items fixed by a Mercedes authorized dealership. I indicated to Rollin Audio that I wanted reimbursement of $400 for these expenses they attributed too and they declined to work this matter out. In short I have $1,700 ($1,300 + $400 repairs)invested into labor and a stereo system that doesn't work. In addition the new components I purchased for them to install got damaged. Suggestions: Go to Car Toys, they are much more qualified to do custom installations.”
