  “I would stay away from this scam company. This is a true story and I am not lying. Sony was contracting with this company to fix my TV Under warranty. My TV had an audio issue that required replacing the audio board. It took a while, but they finally sent out two very young technicians to my house to replace an audio board on my TV. They were very rough with the TV. They said that it would take too long to replace the audio board at the site (my house), and said they wanted to take my 55 TV with them in their van. This was out of the question because they had zero protection with them to protect the TV. They said they would call me back when they had more time to work on the TV at my house. Well, they never called me back after 2 weeks. So I called Sony and asked for a different repair shop. Sony called Palm and Shields to ask them what was going on. Apparently Palm and Shields told Sony that they had installed the audio board and fixed all warranty issues. They lied to Sony and submitted a false claim. This Company never replaced anything on my TV period. They completely outright lied to Sony, and Scammed Sony. Just my advice, stay far away from this company. If they are willing to scam Sony, there's no telling what else they are capable of.”
