“I bought a Blu-Ray player at the Eugene store on Chad Dr. The salesman,Ben Hart, went out of his way to come over to my house and personally help me set it up when I was having trouble. He not only did it once, but twice when I needed help with some wireless earphones.I just want to say that businesses need more people like him that has such a wealth of knowledge and williness to go the extra mile with customers.
