Disgusted and Disappointed
“I purchased a television for my son. I got a great deal. My dad currently works for toshiba and was able to get my son a larger and better quality tv for a very low price. I went to take the tv which i paid cash for back to the store. They give some crap about having to send me a check from their corporate offices. The check will take 10-14 days to get to me. I have never been so pissed off. I paid cash i should receive cash back. We are now 15 days from Christmas and i have not received the check. I will never shop at this store again. I have never shopped anywhere where i was unable to get the same form of payment back in which i paid. I was so excited after visiting this store for the first time. Now i am nothing but disgusted and disappointed!!!!!” -

Customer Service Stinks
“I purchased a Bosch washer and dryer the first of January. The washer already has been rebalanced and I have been trying for three days to get a store manager to call me regarding the dryer that will not dry and sensor buzzer goes off every two to three minutes while trying to dry clothes. Everyone in the Abq store appears to be the manager - but still waiting today for someone to call me to come pick this crap up and get it out of my home - so far no response or phone call.” -

“I purchased a GE front loading washer from Ultimate Electronics. It was defective and had to be returned. It has been over three weeks and they still haven't return the $850. I am very disappointed. This was purchased from the Lakewood, Colorado store.”
